What Personal Information We Collect

When we use the term "personal information", we are referring to information that identifies, relates to, describes or can be associated with you. The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Site.

Information you submit through the test-ride form:

• Contact details your name and mobile number.
• Test-ride preferences the Roadster colour you pick, if any, and any question you choose to add.
• Your consent your agreement that Adisri Motors can contact you about this test ride, and when you gave it.

The colour and question fields are optional. Name, mobile number and consent are needed to arrange a test ride; you may choose not to provide them, but we will not be able to respond to your request.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage Data like most websites, the servers that host the Site record technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you request.
• Campaign information if you reached the Site from an advertisement, the link may carry campaign codes (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid or fbclid). These are stored with your request so we know which advertisement brought you to us.

Information we obtain from third parties:

• Companies who support our Site and Services, such as our hosting and form-processing provider, Netlify.
• Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, when you reach the Site through one of our advertisements.

Any information we obtain from third parties will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Personal Information

• Arranging your test ride. We use your details to contact you, confirm the bike and colour available, agree a time with you, and answer any question you sent.
• Following up. We may contact you after your test ride about the Roadster, including your on-road quote, finance or exchange, if you ask us to.
• Measuring our advertising. We use campaign information to understand which advertisements bring people to the Site, so we can improve them.
• Security and fraud prevention. We use your information to detect, investigate or take action regarding spam, fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity.
• Communicating with you and service improvement. We use your personal information to respond to you and improve our Services. This is in our legitimate interests in order to be responsive to you, to provide effective services to you, and to maintain our relationship with you.

Cookies

The Site uses Google Tag Manager to run Google measurement and advertising tools. These may set cookies or similar technologies to count visits, see which ads brought you here, and record when you tap to call, message on WhatsApp, open directions, follow a link to another site or send a test-ride request. When you send a request, your mobile number is turned into a one-way code (a SHA-256 hash) in your browser and only that code is shared with Google Ads, so Google can match the request to an ad you clicked (enhanced conversions). Google cannot read your number from the code. Your name and message are never sent to these tools. Your colour and timing choices are held in your browser only for the length of your visit, so they can be shown back to you after you send a request.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies by default, but you can choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies through your browser controls.

How We Disclose Personal Information

In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include:
